I vra\u0107amo se na po\u010detnu poziciju. Potom radimo plank koji dr\u017eimo 30 sekundi. Nakon toga naizmjeni\u010dno di\u017eemo koljena na prsa. Zatim se dignemo i radimo visoki skip. Sve to ponovimo jo\u0161 dva puta.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Zatim slijedi iskorak skok na jednoj nozi, 16 puta na jedna strana, pa 16 puta druga strana. Provjereno odli\u010dno!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prva vje\u017eba je \u010du\u010danj, stojimo u \u0161irini kukova, oslonac nam je u petama, ruke su nam iznad glave i pazimo da nam koljena ne prelaze no\u017ene prste.<\/li>\n<li>Potom radimo \u010du\u010danj u iskorak s rukama i dalje iznad glave prvo se jednom, a potom s drugom nogom naprijed.<\/li>\n<li>Potom smo u skleku i dr\u017eimo se u tom polo\u017eaju 30 sekundi, kratko se istegnemo pa se vratimo u sklek iz kojega di\u017eemo jednu pa drugu nogu. Ra\u0161irimo noge malo \u0161ire od \u0161irine kukova i spu\u0161tamo se u \u010du\u010danj.<\/li>\n<li>Zadr\u017eimo se u \u010du\u010dnju i dotaknemo sa suprotnim laktom koljeno. Dr\u017eimo se u skleku 16 sekundi. Lagano se istegnemo. Prelazimo na jumping jack skokove, zatim dodirujemo pete pa prelazimo u skip.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>U prvom dijelu treningu radimo prvo \u010du\u010dnjeve, potom stojimo na jednoj nozi i podi\u017eemo drugu nogu unazad s istovremenim \u0161irenjem ruku. Zatim zamijenimo nogu. Potom se spustimo na ruke i odskakujemo nogama \u0161ire\u0107i ih u \u201eve\u201c i na kraju radimo \u201ejumping jack\u201c skokove. Sve to ponovimo tri puta.<\/li>\n<li>U drugom dijelu prvo po\u010dinjemo s \u010du\u010dnjevima i to s jako ra\u0161irenim nogama, a nakon toga idemo u iskorak u kojem radimo \u010du\u010danj koji prelazi u \u201elastavicu\u201c. Potom su nam ruke su na tlu i odskakujemo skupljenim nogama u jednu pa u drugu stranu. Zavr\u0161avamo s visokim skipom. Sve to ponovimo jo\u0161 dva puta.<\/li>\n<li>U zadnjem dijelu treninga stojimo na jednoj nozi tako da drugu nogu stavimo preko nje i spu\u0161tamo se u \u010du\u010danj. Radimo 8 puta ne jednu pa 8 puta na drugu stranu. Zatim radimo iskorak \u201epokloni se\u201c, kao da imamo dugu haljinu, potom iz skleka ska\u010demo u \u010du\u010danj i napravimo 3 mala \u010du\u010dnja.<\/li>\n<li>Zavr\u0161avamo sa skipom. Stavimo noge na stolac i radimo sklekove. Potom privla\u010dimo noge na prsa iz istog polo\u017eaja. Di\u017eemo se gore i radimo \u201ejumping jack\u201c skokove.\u00a0 Ovu seriju ponovimo 3 puta.<\/li>\n<li>U drugom dijelu treninga radimo prvo naizmjence iskorake naprijed. Nakon toga radimo sklekove za ramena, zatim vratimo noge na stola i spu\u0161tamo jednu pa drugu nogu na pod.<\/li>\n<li>U tre\u0107em dijelu treninga radimo prvo radimo \u201ebugarski \u010du\u010danj\u201c, stavljamo stra\u017enju nogu na stolac i radimo \u010du\u010danj pa mijenjamo nogu, nakon toga radimo uz pomo\u0107 stolca \u201eobrnuti sklek\u201c \u0161to je vje\u017eba za triceps.<\/li>\n<li>Potom legnemo na le\u0111a i stavimo noge na stolac i radimo trbu\u0161njake tako da laktovima dotaknemo koljena.<\/li>\n<li>I na kraju radimo skip.
