Kada smo bili klinci na rolanje smo gledali kao na zabavnu aktivnost. No, zapravo su na\u0161i roditelji bili mudri &#8211; znali su kako da nas izmore, a da mi toga nismo ni svjesni. Rolanje je ona fizi\u010dka aktivnost na koju prije svega, i u odrasloj dobi, gledamo kao na zabavnu outdoor aktivnost. No, rolanje je ozbiljna fizi\u010dka aktivnost i predstavlja fantasti\u010dan trening na otvorenom. I bez obzira na to \u0161to vi\u0161e niste klinci, nakon sat vremena na rolama, i danas \u0107ete spavati poput male bebe.
