Tijekom tr\u010danja poti\u010demo rad kardiovaskularnog i mi\u0161i\u0107no-ko\u0161tanog sustava. Oba sustava trebaju se naviknuti na nove pokrete i oja\u010dati sa svakim treningom. Stoga je va\u017eno polako i ravnomjerno pove\u0107avati intenzitet treninga. Na taj na\u010din dajete svom tijelu vremena za regeneraciju i izbjegavate ne\u017eeljene ozljede. Iako tjerate svoje tijelo na vrhunsku izvedbu tijekom intervala, ovo su najte\u017ei i najintenzivniji treninzi. Otkucaji srca trebali bi iznositi 80-90% va\u0161eg maksimuma.
