Odnosno, TNS vje\u017eba posve\u0107ena je tim dijelovima tijela. Trening se sastoji iz dva dijela. Sve zapo\u010dinje zagrijavanjem, a odnosi se prije svega na aerobnu aktivnost koja podi\u017ee otkucaje srca. To se obi\u010dno odvija pomo\u0107u jednostavne koreografije uz pomo\u0107 glazbe. Drugi dio prati vje\u017ebe za izdr\u017eljivost i ja\u010danje mi\u0161i\u0107a. Uglavnom su na &#8220;udaru&#8221; ciljani dijelovi tijela, tj. trbuh, noge i stra\u017enjica. Me\u0111utim, neke vje\u017ebe aktiviraju i ruke i cijelo tijelo. Intenzitet vje\u017ebi mo\u017ee se prilagoditi razli\u010ditim skupinama i pojedincima prema njihovim sposobnostima. Osnovni trening sastoji se od razli\u010ditih setova vje\u017ebi, kao \u0161to su npr., sklekovi, trbu\u0161njaci, skokovi, dizanje utega, \u010du\u010dnjevi, tr\u010danje i istezanje. Kao dodatke treningu, \u010desto koristimo elasti\u010dne trake i girje. Ovo je moderan oblik kardiovaskularnog treninga u intervalima, koji pobolj\u0161ava fizi\u010dke performanse. Izvrstan je za izdr\u017eljivost, ravnote\u017eu, snagu i koordinaciju. Istodobno, jednakomjernim aktiviranjem svih mi\u0161i\u0107nih skupina, pove\u0107anjem mi\u0161i\u0107nog volumena i ubrzavanjem metabolizma dovodi do zna\u010dajnog gubitka vi\u0161ka tjelesnih masno\u0107a. HIIT trening je u osnovi vje\u017eba s vlastitom tjelesnom te\u017einom, ali povremeno se mogu koristiti i druga pomagala, poput utega, vija\u010de, elasti\u010dnih traka, prepreka, lopti &#8230; Uvijek se prije nego \u0161to po\u010dinjete vje\u017ebati dobro zagrijavajte i istegnite.
