Osoba koja ima oko 60 kilograma ako vozi\u00a0 20 \u2013 25 km\/h sagorijeva do 480 kalorija u 60 minuta. Ako vozi 25 \u2013 30 km\/h do 600 kcal, 30 &#8211; 35 km\/h do 700 kcal i preko 35 km\/h do 950 kcal. Ako to ve\u0107 ne prakticirate, definitivno biste trebali po\u010deti odlaziti na posao biciklom. Upravo je vo\u017enja biciklom sjajan oblik aerobne tjelovje\u017ebe zbog pedaliranja koje pobolj\u0161ava rad na\u0161eg srca i mozga, a sjajno djeluje i na krvo\u017eilni sustav. Vo\u017enjom bicikla \u010dovjek u kratko vrijeme tro\u0161i puno energije (primjerice kad pedalirate uzbrdo), a nakon toga dulje vremena koristi nizak udio energije (kad se primjerice vozite nizbrdo, ili lagano po ravnoj povr\u0161ini). Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da vo\u017enja bicikla podi\u017ee razinu energije i raspolo\u017eenje te smanjuje umor i osje\u0107aj bezvoljnosti. Naime, bicikliranje poti\u010de va\u0161 mozak da izlu\u010duje neurotransmiter dopamin koji je povezan s energijom. Osobe koje se redovno bave vo\u017enjom bicikla, opu\u0161tenije su i sklonije dru\u017eenju s prijateljima. Uz to, vo\u017enja bicikla ne optere\u0107uje zglobove kao \u0161to to \u010dini ve\u0107ina drugih sportova. Ja\u010da imunitet i pobolj\u0161ava zdravlje<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Zaboravite na razne tablete za o\u010duvanje imuniteta i fokusirajte se na biciklizam, kao recept za dulji \u017eivot. Umjerena vo\u017enja aktivira stanice koje vas \u0161tite od bolesti i raznih upala. \u010cak i oni koji su bolesni te se mu\u010de s astmom ili kroni\u010dnim bronhitisom, mogu se baviti biciklizmom. Uz to \u0107e im redovna vo\u017enja umanjiti bolove i te\u0161ko\u0107e koje sa sobom nose navedene bolesti. Sr\u010dane bolesti jedan su od sve \u010de\u0161\u0107ih uzroka smrti u svijetu, a dva najve\u0107a rizika su visok tlak i povi\u0161eni kolesterol. Svaka vo\u017enja bicikla ujedno je i jedna nova avantura, predivno je i\u0107i na neistra\u017eena mjesta, nepoznatim putevima, lutati parkovima i zonama grada koje jo\u0161 niste obi\u0161li. To je u isto vrijeme uzbudljivo i opu\u0161taju\u0107e.
