S druge strane tu su i manje ili vi\u0161e poznate istine o tom istom tr\u010danju. Isto to ti mogu re\u0107i ako se krene\u0161 baviti bilo kojim drugim sportom ili za bilo koji drugi dio tijela koji se koristi u tom sportu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Stvar je u tome da se pri bavljenju bilo kojom tjelesnom aktivnosti njome moramo baviti umjereno i postepeno. Moramo pripremiti svoje tijelo na tu aktivnost i polagano razvijaju\u0107i mi\u0161i\u0107e, ja\u010daju\u0107i tetive i oja\u010dati krvne \u017eile za dopremu energije u mi\u0161i\u0107e. U suprotnom, ako se krenemo baviti tr\u010danjem bez plana i programa, roditelji\/prijatelji sigurno \u0107e biti u pravu. Ali ponavljam, bili bi u pravu i za bilo koju drugu aktivnost, ali krivo nije tr\u010danje nego osoba koja se tr\u010danjem nije bavila \u201epo pravilima struke\u201c.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Mnoga istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da tr\u010danje zapravo ja\u010da koljena (i druge zglobove) i pobolj\u0161ava zdravlje kostiju. Od tr\u010danja se mr\u0161avi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mnogi se odlu\u010de baviti tr\u010danjem jer \u017eele smr\u0161aviti i vrlo brzo se razo\u010daraju u tr\u010danje jer eto, oni tr\u010de ve\u0107 mjesec dana i ni\u0161ta se ne mijenja. Naprotiv, vaga je pokazala par kilograma vi\u0161e. Ovo je jako \u010dest slu\u010daj i \u0161kolski primjer kako se ni\u0161ta ne mo\u017ee rije\u0161iti na brzinu.<\/p>\n<p>Kao prvo, da bi se nakupljeni kilogrami po\u010deli topiti mora se osigurati energetski deficit tj. da se vi\u0161e tro\u0161i nego \u0161to se unosi. Kada tr\u010di\u0161 onda mo\u017ee\u0161 jesti \u0161to \u017eeli\u0161<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ova zabluda se logi\u010dno ve\u017ee za pro\u0161lu pa i s njom treba biti oprezan. Naime, nakon \u0161to se neko vrijeme bavite tr\u010danjem, neki procesi u tijelu vam se poslo\u017ee i po\u010dnu malo bolje funkcionirati. Definitivno to je probava, a vrlo \u010desto se i apetit pobolj\u0161a. I tu onda treba biti oprezan da se ne zanesemo i da ne do\u0111e do kontra efekta. \u010cesto se zanesemo pa nakon treninga od pol sata sjednemo za stol i idemo jesti kao da smo istr\u010dali maraton. Realno, nismo potro\u0161ili ni\u0161ta ekstra \u0161to bismo trebali posebno nadokna\u0111ivati.<\/p>\n<p>Druga stvar koje se zaista moramo paziti je na\u010din prehrane u dane bez treninga, a pogotovo za vrijeme dugotrajnijeg pauziranja od tr\u010danja kada u pravilu nastavimo s prehranom kao da treniramo. Tr\u010danje je samo za mlade i fit osobe<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mnogi se ne odlu\u010de za tr\u010danje jer smatraju da je tr\u010danje za mlade i fit osobe. Pogre\u0161no! Dovoljno je pogledati jednu masovnu gradsku utrku i vidjeti tko na njoj sudjeluje i vrlo brzo sami mo\u017eemo razbiti ovu zabludu.<\/p>\n<p>Stvar je samo u percepciji \u0161to za nekoga zna\u010di tr\u010danje. Ako pred o\u010dima imamo atletski miting i utrku na 100 metara sasvim je jasno da to nije za nas i da za tako ne\u0161to zaista morate biti mladi i atletski gra\u0111eni. No, za rekreativno tr\u010danje ne morate jer je tr\u010danje ba\u0161 za svakoga. Naravno, bavljenje tr\u010danjem potrebno je prilagoditi va\u0161im godinama i va\u0161em trenutnom tjelesnom stanju\/formi i naravno &#8211; baviti se tr\u010danjem pod trenerskim nadzorom.<\/p>\n<p>Za kraj \u0107u spomenuti Britanca Fauja Singha koji je 16.10.2011. istr\u010dao maraton sa svojih 100 godina i to za sjajnih 8 sati! A \u0161to se ti\u010de ki\u0161e, na glavu nabacite \u0161iltericu i obucite \u0161u\u0161kavac i trk na tr\u010danje.
