Iza sebe ima brojne trka\u010dke projekte, a najve\u0107i i najpoznatiji mu je \u0161kola tr\u010danja. Od po\u010detka 2019. godine je Intersportov ambasador tr\u010danja. Direktor je i tri velike zagreba\u010dke utrke: Kros utrka Volim tr\u010danje, Zagreba\u010dki no\u0107ni cener te Zagrep\u010danka 512. O pokretanju najvi\u0161e pri\u010damo oko Nove godine kada se kunemo da od 1.1. kre\u0107emo. Dosta \u010desto i krenemo u prvom tjednu i odradimo jedan ili dva treninga i tu sve stane te stanje mirovanja potraje do prolje\u0107a kada se opet probudimo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-av_one_full-15d750bd1b332b34c6e70b077ebbccdf\">\n.flex_column.av-av_one_full-15d750bd1b332b34c6e70b077ebbccdf{\nborder-radius:0px 0px 0px 0px;\npadding:0px 0px 0px 0px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div  class='flex_column av-av_one_full-15d750bd1b332b34c6e70b077ebbccdf av_one_full  avia-builder-el-4  el_after_av_one_full  el_before_av_image  first flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding  column-top-margin'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-av_textblock-2bd894dbf2e4bf2c4acf98ce4fbf94aa '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h2>U ovom tekstu navest \u0107u nekoliko razloga za\u0161to je OK probuditi se ba\u0161 u prolje\u0107e i po\u010deti s rekreativnim tr\u010danjem:<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Po\u010detak bavljenja nekom aktivnosti je mudro povezati s po\u010detkom ne\u010deg drugog. Predla\u017eem uskla\u0111ivanje s prirodnim procesima. U prolje\u0107e se priroda budi i nekako je logi\u010dno (i prirodno) da je mi ljudi slijedimo u tome. Mo\u017eemo to nazvati i bu\u0111enjem iz zimskog sna, a u na\u0161em slu\u010daju \u010desto se radi o znatno du\u017eem periodu od jednog godi\u0161njeg doba. Radujemo se malim stvarima (prva zraka sunca, prvi sun\u010dani dan, prvi cvijet, prvi list) pa smo onda i mi sami skloni biti zadovoljni i svojim malim koracima (prvi trening, prvi kilometar). Stoga, dr\u017eimo se prirode, ona je u pravu!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Znanstveno je potvr\u0111ena pojava tzv. proljetnog umora, ali je isto tako i dokazano da tjelesna aktivnost tj. tr\u010danje pogodno djeluje u borbi s tim istim umorom. Pa za\u0161to ne biste jednim potezom \u201eubili dvije muhe\u201c?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Prolje\u0107e je godi\u0161nje doba koje slijedi nakon zime kada se ulijenimo (mala ili nikakva tjelesna aktivnost), ali ostanemo jako aktivni \u0161to se ti\u010de prehrane i uno\u0161enja kalorija. Matematika je tu jednostavna i nemilosrdna \u2013 ako unese\u0161 vi\u0161e nego \u0161to potro\u0161i\u0161 razlika ide u rezervu tj. u salo. Sjetimo se da s domjencima krenemo tamo negdje oko 15.12. pa Advent, Bo\u017ei\u0107 pa spajanje s Novom godinom pa onda treba pojesti sve \u0161to se nakuhalo \u2013 \u0161teta baciti. I eto ti 15.1. Dakle, proveli smo mjesec dana u hranjenju bez aktivnosti. Rezultati su jasni, a prolje\u0107e idealno za obra\u010dun s njima. S-a-v-r-\u0161-e-n-u! I onda se pojavom prvih toplijih zraka sunca, tamo negdje sredinom velja\u010de, mahnito \u201eupisuju teretane i pilates\u201c. No naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e taj po\u010detni entuzijazam brzo splasne i ponovno se probudi kada pred nosom vidimo ekipu koja ispred nas tr\u010di. Tr\u010di kad idemo na posao, tr\u010de kada se vra\u0107amo s posla. Tr\u010de vikendom, tr\u010de po ravnom, tr\u010de po brdima. Kvragu, svi tr\u010de pa mogu valjda i ja? Naravno, uz dobro vodstvo tr\u010danje jest za sve. Ili kako bi rekao jedan slogan: \u201eSvi razli\u010diti, a svi trka\u010di\u201c \ud83d\ude09 E sad, ako u borbu s vi\u0161kom kilograma \u017eelite u\u0107i samo s tr\u010danjem, to ne\u0107e i\u0107i. Morate poraditi i na prehrani pa se zato posavjetujte s nekim iz nutricionisti\u010dkog svijeta. Ja vam mogu re\u0107i da iz prehrane izbacite bijeli rafinirani \u0161e\u0107er i da ne ve\u010derate iza 19h i to \u0107e biti dobar po\u010detak.<\/p>\n<p>Prolje\u0107e je super za po\u010detak bavljenja <span style=\"color: #0000ff\">tr\u010danjem<\/span> jer su vremenski uvjeti skoro pa idealni, a to je jako va\u017eno u po\u010detku jer ve\u0107ina po\u010detnika zapravo ne \u017eeli tr\u010dati nego samo tra\u017ee razlog za odustajanje. Prije svega, vani imate uvijek \u010dist zrak \u2013 nema potrebe za provjetravanjem, a samim time je i koli\u010dina virusa i bakterija minimalna. Dodatno, otpor zraka, vjetar u prsa, neravan teren i zapreke su \u010dimbenici koji utje\u010du na to da se tijekom tjelovje\u017ebe vani tro\u0161i vi\u0161e kalorija nego vje\u017ebanjem u zatvorenom prostoru, a kada tro\u0161imo vi\u0161e kalorija onda smo sretniji.<\/p>\n<p>I za kraj se vra\u0107am na prvu to\u010dku \u2013 izlaskom van vra\u0107amo se prirodi, a kada smo u prirodi onda smo svoji na svome.
