Razli\u010dite vje\u017ebe zahtijevaju razli\u010ditu podlogu.<\/p>\n<p>Odre\u0111ene ku\u0107ne tjelovje\u017ebe obuhva\u0107aju mnoge vje\u017ebe koje treba izvoditi u le\u017ee\u0107em, sjede\u0107em ili staja\u0107em polo\u017eaju. Budu\u0107i da se uglavnom izvode na podu, brzo se mo\u017eete na\u0107i pred problemom jer tvrdi podovi predstavljaju neudobnu prepreku za izvo\u0111enje pojedinih vje\u017ebi. Upravo zbog toga pametno je osmisliti posebnu podlogu za vje\u017ebanje pomo\u0107u koje \u0107ete vje\u017ebati na mekanom, a vje\u017eba \u0107e u trenutku postati udobna.<\/p>\n<p>Na tr\u017ei\u0161tu je, naravno, iznimno velika ponuda najrazli\u010ditijih podloga za vje\u017ebanje koje se razlikuju s obzirom na namjenu i na\u010din vje\u017ebanja. Njihova debljina kre\u0107e se od 1,5 do 1,9 cm, duge su od 140 do 216 cm, a \u0161iroke od 58 do 100 cm. Donja povr\u0161ina mora dobro prianjati na pod, a povr\u0161ina za vje\u017ebanje mora omogu\u0107avati nesmetano klizanje.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Podloge za jogu<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Za jogu su primjerenije tanje podloge debljine od 0,3 do 0,6 cm. Druga\u010dije su i po dimenzijama jer su \u0161irine od 55 do 80 cm, a du\u017eine od 120 do 190 cm. Ve\u0107ina podloga za jogu izra\u0111ena je od PVC-a, a neke i od prirodnih i recikliranih materijala. Podloge za jogu razlikuju se i s obzirom na tip joge koji izvodite.
