Na poslu, kod ku\u0107e i u slobodno vrijeme. Sjedenje je neizbje\u017eno, ali s malo truda mo\u017eemo ubla\u017eiti \u0161tetne posljedice koje ima po na\u0161e tijelo. Ne trebamo se stalno kretati, ali mo\u017eemo svakodnevno napraviti neke kratke vje\u017ebe. Vrat, ramena i kralje\u017enica trebaju biti u ravnini sa zdjelicom, bez naginjanja<\/li>\n<li>Svako toliko protegnite le\u0111a. Dugo sjedenje uzrokuje to da zaboravimo kako sjedimo. Prisjetite se toga i ispravite svoje dr\u017eanje.<\/li>\n<li>Ako stolac dozvoljava, dr\u017eite obje noge na tlu. Nemojte ih prekri\u017eiti. To \u0107e pridonijeti boljoj cirkulaciji.<\/li>\n<li>Provjeravajte da li su vam ramena napeta. Ako jesu, mo\u017eete ih svjesno opustiti. Isto vrijedi i za donju \u010deljust. Obi\u010dno je tako, pogotovo ako smo u stresu.<\/li>\n<li>Obratite pozornost na disanje. Ako je plitko i brzo, mo\u017eete ga produbiti i smiriti svojim svjesnim odabirom.
