Trudno\u0107a je sigurno jedno od najljep\u0161ih \u017eivotnih razdoblja. Koje ponekad, ne tako rijetko, tako\u0111er mo\u017ee biti prili\u010dno iscrpljuju\u0107e. Sva ljepota tog trenutka mo\u017ee vam donijeti neke probleme, koje su jednostavno dio nje. Budu\u0107a mama, koja se dobro osje\u0107a u svom tijelu, mo\u017ee smanjiti neke od problema. Aktivnosti svakako pridonose njezinoj dobrobiti.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-av_textblock-2bd894dbf2e4bf2c4acf98ce4fbf94aa '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>Koliko i kako se kretati tijekom trudno\u0107e?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trudno\u0107a zasigurno nije vrijeme, da po\u010dnemo trenirati neku novu sportsku disciplinu. Niti da u sportu kojim se ve\u0107 bavimo, nastojimo napredovati i ostvariti neke ve\u0107e ciljeve. Ve\u0107 je vrijeme za duge \u0161etnje, plivanje i nje\u017eniji nastavak sportova s kojima ste se bavili i ranije. Istovremeno, to zna\u010di da mo\u017eete tr\u010dati tijekom trudno\u0107e. Ali morate obratiti pozornost na sljede\u0107ih 5 stvari:<\/p>\n<p>1.Prije nastavka s tr\u010danjem, obratite se svom lije\u010dniku<\/p>\n<p>2.Intenzitet treninga mora biti smanjen, na dogovoreni tempo.<\/p>\n<p>3.Dodatno morate biti oprezni, da se prilikom tr\u010danja ne spotaknete. Labonte-Lemoyne i dr. [1], prou\u010davali su mo\u017edane valove novoro\u0111enih beba, majki koje se kre\u0107u tijekom trudno\u0107e, i uspore\u0111ivali ih s mo\u017edanim valovima novoro\u0111enih beba majki koje se nisu bavile sportskim aktivnostima tijekom trudno\u0107e. Djeca majki sporta\u0161ica imala su bolje razvijene mo\u017edane valove.<\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eivanja na \u017eivotinjskim primjerima, oti\u0161la su korak dalje, u smjeru uspostavljanja veza izme\u0111u kretanja u trudno\u0107i i zdravlja djeteta.<\/p>\n<p>U studiji, koju su provodili nad \u0161takorima, otkrili su da je imunolo\u0161ki sustav mladun\u010dadi \u0161takora, \u010dije su majke tr\u010dale tijekom trudno\u0107e funkcionirao bolje, u usporedbi s potomstvom \u0161takora koji su bili zato\u010deni u kavezu bez kota\u010da. S druge strane, rak se razvio u svim \u0161takorima \u010dije majke nisu tr\u010dale tijekom trudno\u0107e. Uvjerena sam da su tome razlog, aktivnosti koje provodila svo vrijeme trudno\u0107e: hodala sam, plivala, biciklirala i uvijek tr\u010dala. Mogla bih re\u0107i da sam tr\u010dala gotovo do samog poro\u0111aja. Kad sam o\u010dekivala svoje tre\u0107e dijete, tr\u010dala sam i u prekora\u010denom terminu poroda. Tako\u0111er sam sudjelovala na utrci na 21 km udaljenosti na Ljubljanskom maratonu, uspje\u0161no ga pretr\u010dala i zatim za dva dana nakon toga, rodila gotovo 4 kilograma te\u0161ku djevoj\u010dicu.<\/p>\n<p>Taj polumaraton bio je za mene i moju drugu djevoj\u010dicu prvo sna\u017eno zajedni\u010dko iskustvo. Zajedno smo nekako probili svoje\u00a0 granice, koje imamo u na\u0161oj ponekad prekomjerno za\u0161titni\u010dki orijentiranoj obitelji, gdje smo radije u sigurnoj zoni, i pri tome \u010desto imamo pravo, u ovom smo slu\u010daju za\u017emirili. Za\u017emirili smo prema ovom posebnom stanju, koja nije bolest, ve\u0107 je dio zdravlja. Zdrava trudnica je prije svega sporija i to s pravom, \u00a0no ona je u stanju u\u010diniti ve\u0107inu onoga \u0161to je mogla u\u010diniti i prije nego \u0161to je zatrudnjela. Ako joj to koristi, kao i djetetu koje se razvija u njoj, onda je u redu da se time bavi, ali na odgovoran na\u010din. Da bismo opisali ovu odgovornost, mo\u017eemo koristiti citat Voltaira: Nismo odgovorni samo za ono \u0161to radimo, ve\u0107 smo odgovorni i za ono \u0161to ne radimo.<\/p>\n<p>Ho\u0107e li moja djeca tr\u010dati, ne znam. Ali imaju puno mogu\u0107nosti za to. Tako\u0111er, prema istra\u017eivanju Moore L. L. i drugih [2]., rezultati govore da djeca majki koje se redovito bave sportom, u usporedbi s djecom majki koje se ne bave sportom, imaju dva puta ve\u0107u vjerojatnost da \u0107e i sami biti aktivni.<\/p>\n<p>Kakav utjecaj ima otac? \u010cak i ve\u0107i od majke, budu\u0107i da njegov primjer vu\u010de jo\u0161 vi\u0161e. Djeca o\u010deva koji redovito sudjeluju u sportu imaju tri puta ve\u0107u \u0161ansu da i sami budu aktivni, za razliku od djece o\u010deva koji nisu aktivni. A \u0161to ako u poslijepodnevnim sportskim aktivnostima u\u017eivaju oba roditelja? Da \u0107e se usuditi, kada budu vjerovali u ne\u0161to, a \u0161to \u0107e biti opre\u010dno op\u0107eprihva\u0107enim normama, testirati isto. Da \u0107e znati slu\u0161ati sami sebe i mo\u0107i osje\u0107ati pravi kontakt sa sobom. I da \u0107e na kraju mo\u0107i odabrati najbolji put za sebe.<\/p>\n<p>\u017deljela bih, da se \u0161to vi\u0161e trudnica osje\u0107a dobro. Tako\u0111er, \u017eelim da u\u010dine \u0161to je vi\u0161e mogu\u0107e za svoje nero\u0111eno dijete, \u0161to \u0107e im dodatno dati jo\u0161 \u010dvr\u0161\u0107e temelje.
