U dana\u0161nje vrijeme rolanje je jako ra\u0161iren rekreativni sport. Role su tako\u0111er neka urbana metoda prijevoza. Dostupni su s kota\u010dima razli\u010ditih veli\u010dina koji definiraju njihovu upotrebu: postoje varijante za agresivno rolanje (44-72 mm), hokej (47-82 mm), brzo rolanje (100-125 mm), rekrativno rolanje (125-150 mm) , umjetni\u010dko rolanje (68-72 mm), pa \u010dak i spu\u0161tanje (80-90). Ve\u0107ina modela opremljena je i ko\u010dnicom koja se montira na petu. To su proizvodi renomiranih proizvo\u0111a\u010da, kao \u0161to su Roces i Rollerblade.<\/p>\n<p>Rolanje je zabavna sportska aktivnost koja donosi mnoge druge pogodnosti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>je izvrsna aerobna vje\u017eba koja poma\u017ee ja\u010danju kardiovaskularnog sustava, \u0161to prirodno smanjuje rizik od bolesti srca i visokog sr\u010danog tlaka<\/li>\n<li>osim toga, izvrstan anaerobni trening. Ne samo da ja\u010da donji dio tijela, ve\u0107 i aktivira trbu\u0161ne mi\u0161i\u0107e i mi\u0161i\u0107e gornjeg dijela tijela;<\/li>\n<li>bit rolanja je u dinami\u010dnom gibanju koji pove\u0107ava ravnote\u017eu. Pored toga rolanje nudi dvostruki u\u010dinak, jer poma\u017ee u otapanju masno\u0107a i ja\u010danju mi\u0161i\u0107a;<\/li>\n<li>rolanje je tudi \u0161portna aktivnost, ki je prijazna do sklepov in skeleta;<\/li>\n<li>napredak je relativno brz, \u0161to dobro utje\u010de na sigurnost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-av_textblock-2bd894dbf2e4bf2c4acf98ce4fbf94aa '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h2>Djeca i rolanje<\/h2>\n<p>Rolanje je osobito popularano me\u0111u djecom. To je sportska aktivnost u kojoj djeca u\u010de o dinami\u010dnom kretanju motorici i koordinaciji na vrlo zabavan na\u010din. Na raspolaganju su djeci podesive role, koje se mogu prilagoditi veli\u010dini stopala. Obi\u010dno djeca \u010dine prve korake na koturaljkama, \u0161to im daje stabilnost. Ali kada se naviknu na dinami\u010dno gibanje\u00a0 i brzinu, lako mogu prije\u0107i na role. Tijekom u\u010denja sigurno \u0107e biti mnogo padova. Stoga se preporu\u010duje upotreba za\u0161titne kacige i \u0161titnika za dlanove, laktove i koljena. Uz njihovu pomo\u0107, padovi ne\u0107e biti neugodni, a osim toga, zahvaljuju\u0107i njima, imat \u0107e i manje poderane odje\u0107e.<\/p>\n<h2>Role ili koturaljke?<\/h2>\n<p>Koturanje je svoj vrhunac do\u017eivjelo u osamdesetim godinama. Koturaljke su bile jedan od znakova glamuroznog disco stila. Koturanje i rolanje su u su\u0161tini vrlo sli\u010dne aktivnosti, ali oni jo\u0161 uvijek imaju neke va\u017ene razlike. Glavna stvar je, naravno, polo\u017eaj kota\u010da. Kod rola su kota\u010di poredani vodoravno, a kod koturaljki su u dva reda po dva kota\u010da Zbog toga su valjci malo stabilniji i okretni. U posljednje vrijeme koturanje do\u017eivljava pravi preporod. Puno je zasluge za to i popularna dje\u010dja telenovela Soy Luna, koja je tako\u0111er s koturaljkama o\u010darala svijet.
