Samo \u0107u ju koristiti u kontekstu sporta i prehrane vezane uz istu jer je i vi\u0161e nego znakovita. Kupiti ne mo\u017eemo snagu ili izdr\u017eljivost ve\u0107 ju treba ste\u0107i. Kupiti ne mo\u017eemo ni ja\u010dinu kao ni brzinu ali ju mo\u017eemo razviti. Novac ne poma\u017ee kod pretilosti ili pasivnosti ve\u0107 samo motivacija i akcija. Zato novac poma\u017ee u jednostavnijem postizanju zadanih ciljeva i to ne previ\u0161e novca. Ne treba ga mnogo da bi bio od koristi, pogotovo kad je rije\u010d o suplementima korisnima u sportu i rekreaciji.<\/p>\n<p>Prije no \u0161to posegnemo za njima trebamo ih mo\u0107i koristiti, imati kapaciteta za ostvariti njihove u\u010dinke. Ako izostaje kvalitetna i ciljana prehrana kroz svaki dan, nema neke koristi od sportskih dodataka. Kod neadekvatnog i pretjeranog unosa namirnica ne poma\u017ee ni jedan dodatak koji se bori sa pretjeranom tjelesnom masom. Nasuprot tome, ni jedan proteinski pripravak ne\u0107e vas u\u010diniti mi\u0161i\u0107avim ako preska\u010dete obroke, ako nema dovoljnog unosa svih nutrijenata iz drugih namirnica. Oni se koriste kako im i ime govori. Kao suplementi ili dodatci prehrani. Stoga treningom treba razviti na\u010dine na koje \u0107emo izvu\u0107i korist koju takvi pripravci nose.<\/p>\n<p>Kad smo se ve\u0107 potrudili i na\u0161li vremena za redovito i konkretno kretanje, aktivnost. Pored toga jo\u0161 i dnevnu prehranu preslo\u017eili ili prilagodili svojim ciljevima red je da se upoznamo i sa pomo\u0107nim sredstvima u sportskoj prehrani.<\/p>\n<p>Naj grublja podjela suplementacije bi bila na energetsku, gradivnu i reaktivnu.<\/p>\n<h2>Energetska sredstva<\/h2>\n<p>Energetska sredstva, poput napitaka sa ugljikohidratima, energetskim plo\u010dicama ili gelovima i sli\u010dno sama po sebi su energetski koncentrirana. Sastavljena uglavnom od nekoliko vrsta \u0161e\u0107era, kombinacija su jednostavnih i slo\u017eenih te se stoga i njihova brzina energetske raspolo\u017eivosti na taj na\u010din skra\u0107uje ili produ\u017euje. Koriste se kao brza nadopuna energije u sportovima izdr\u017eljivosti. Pogotovo kod aktivnosti koje traju du\u017ee vrijeme, iznad 60 minuta. Tad se prazne zalihe pohranjene u organizmu svakodnevnom prehranom i bez posezanja za nadopunom pad izvedbe je izvjestan. To su gotovo jedini razlozi za posezanjem za energetskim suplementima. Nikako ne smiju biti dopuna redovitoj prehrani jer \u0107e vrlo vjerojatno za posljedicu imati stvaranje masnog tkiva. Tako energetski guste namirnice, gotovo 99% spravljene od \u0161e\u0107era, ako se ne koriste kao energija za aktivnost ve\u0107 se jedu uslijed potrebe za slatkim rezultirati \u0107e vrlo brzo pove\u0107anjem tjelesne te\u017eine. I to iz sasvim jednostavnog razloga, \u0161e\u0107er nas ne \u010dini sitima. Njegove hormonske reakcije \u010dine nas vrlo brzo opet gladnima i iako smo kalorijski unijeli i vi\u0161e no \u0161to nam mo\u017eda treba. Ako u prehrani nema bjelan\u010devina i masti da nas zasite uzalud nam energetske plo\u010dice kad \u0107e glad ubrzo tra\u017eiti jo\u0161 koji zalogaj.\u00a0 Ovdje, dakle novac ne poma\u017ee mnogo.<\/p>\n<h2>Proteini<\/h2>\n<p>Proteini, svih vrsta i sorti. Oni u prahu, kao \u010dokoladice ili ve\u0107 gotovi napitci osnove su gradnje tijela. Toliko je razli\u010ditih izvora od kojih su spravljeni kao i toliko ciljanih marginalnih dobrobiti koje im se pripisuju da se zaboravlja na jednostavnu \u010dinjenicu da proteini prvenstveno slu\u017ee nadomjestku tjelesnog gradivog materijala. Tjelesno aktivne osobe \u0107e se prije ili kasnije susresti sa \u010dinjenicom da ne unose prehranom dovoljno bjelan\u010devina. Mogu\u0107e je i da jednostavno ne stignu unositi dovoljno konvencionalnim pristupom i tad je jednostavno rije\u0161enje ponu\u0111eno u vidu proteinskih koncentrata. Njihova korist se manifestira isklju\u010divo onda ako stvorimo potrebu za njima. Aktivno\u0161\u0107u, treningom ili bilo kojom drugom fizi\u010dkom akcijom koja je bila dovoljno iscrpljuju\u0107a da je mi\u0161i\u0107no tkivo izlo\u017eila prenaprezanju ono \u0107e se u fazi odmora pokrpati i osna\u017eiti za slijede\u0107e izazove. Tada mu je potreban protein koji \u0107e se resintezom ugraditi u potrebna tkiva. Ako takvog unosa nema dovoljno kroz normalnu prehranu tad je uputno posegnuti za suplementima. Ukoliko su oni na jelovniku bez vidljivih razloga i jo\u0161 k tome nas dovode u kaloriski suficit unosa sigurno \u0107e zavr\u0161iti u vidu dobitka na tjelesnoj masi i ona ne\u0107e biti mi\u0161i\u0107nog karaktera. Dakle i ovdje novac ne igra vidljivo bitnu ulogu, odnosno kupnjom ve\u0107e koli\u010dine proteinskih pripravaka ne\u0107ete nadomjestiti fizi\u010dku aktivnost u slu\u017ebi izgradnje sna\u017enog tijela.<\/p>\n<p>Poslijednje \u0161to ostaje su reaktivni pripravci i u tu skupinu ubrajamo pored vitaminsko mineralnih pripravaka i razne \u201etopitelje masno\u0107a\u201c i \u201epodmaziva\u010de zglobova\u201c te pripravke sa ranim funkcijama koje se mogu koristiti na mnogo na\u010dina i u jo\u0161 vi\u0161e svrha odnosno stanja. Opet se sve svodi na jednostavnu \u010dinjenicu koja ka\u017ee da raznovrsna prehrana koja donosi pravilan omjer nutrijenata na na\u0161 tanjur ima sve \u0161to nam treba i malo toga treba nadomje\u0161tati. Ako i postoji potreba za nadomjestkom to treba utvrditi lije\u010dnik ili nutricionst i preporu\u010diti dodatni unos. Samo je par nadomjestaka sportskoj prehrani koje sa poprili\u010dnom sigurno\u0161\u0107u treba nadomje\u0161tati. To su omega 3, vitamin C i elektroliti, a ne samo magnezij.
