Od tih, definitivno postoji umor, koji se tako\u0111er odra\u017eava u neugodnom osje\u0107aju u mi\u0161i\u0107ima. Zato je masa\u017ea tako va\u017ean dio vje\u017ebe. Sa svojim oboljelim mi\u0161i\u0107ima, osigurali smo regeneraciju, razbijali \u010dvorove i stavili mi\u0161i\u0107na vlakna u njihov izvorni polo\u017eaj. Profesionalni sporta\u0161i svakodnevno su na masa\u017ei- nakon svakog napornog i treninga i nakon svake utakmice. Rekreativci ne trebaju takve \u010deste masa\u017ee. Ovisno o u\u010destalosti vje\u017ebanja, svakako je po\u017eeljno imati masa\u017eu barem svaka dva tjedna. Fizioterapijska masa\u017ea je relativno skupa i dugotrajna. Dobra vijest je da dobro informirani sporta\u0161i tako\u0111er mogu pomo\u0107i kod samostalne masa\u017ee s valjcima. S ovim jednostavnim fitnes dodatkom mogu\u0107e je samostalno obavljati masa\u017eu gotovo nakon svakog treninga. Ako masa\u017eu obavimo odmah nakon treninga, smanjujemo mogu\u0107nost odga\u0111anja boli, koja se javlja tek dan nakon\u00a0 napora.
