Pogotovo tako djeluje kada le\u017eite na svom ru\u010dniku, i promatrate druge ljude u akciji. Uvijek to izgleda elegantno, zabavno i, prije svega, lako. Daska, veslo i mirna povr\u0161ina vode mnogima izgledaju kao kombinacija koja ne zahtijeva posebnu pripremu. I dok promatrate druge, pitate se za\u0161to i sami ne biste isprobali SUP. Me\u0111utim, ve\u0107 nakon prvih nekoliko minuta na dasci shva\u0107ate da nije dovoljno samo ustati i po\u010deti veslati. Dok stojite na dasci, aktiviraju se brojni mi\u0161i\u0107i koji mo\u017eda nisu toliko izra\u017eeni tijekom drugih aktivnosti. Najvi\u0161e rade mi\u0161i\u0107i trupa, donjeg dijela le\u0111a, kukova i nogu, odnosno svi oni koji zajedno odr\u017eavaju tijelo stabilnim.<br \/>\n\u0160to je ravnote\u017ea bolja, to \u0107ete manje energije tro\u0161iti na ispravljanje svakog manjeg pomicanja daske. Umjesto da se borite s odr\u017eavanjem polo\u017eaja, energiju mo\u017eete usmjeriti na pravilno veslanje i u\u017eivanje u prirodi. Iskusni SUP vesla\u010di \u010desto djeluju kao da gotovo bez napora klize po vodi. Razlog nije iznimna snaga, ve\u0107 \u010dinjenica da njihovo tijelo neprestano radi sitne, gotovo neprimjetne korekcije koje odr\u017eavaju stabilnost.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #808080\">Po\u010detnici \u010desto koriste pogre\u0161ne mi\u0161i\u0107e<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Jedna od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih pogre\u0161aka jest poku\u0161aj da se cijelo veslanje odradi snagom ruku. Nakon desetak minuta ramena postaju umorna, podlaktice se zgr\u010de, a veslo postaje sve te\u017ee. SUP tada vi\u0161e ne djeluje kao elegantna i zabavna ljetna aktivnost. Pravilna tehnika izgleda potpuno druga\u010dije. Pokret zapo\u010dinje rotacijom trupa, dok ruke slu\u017ee prvenstveno za vo\u0111enje vesla. U rad se uklju\u010duju le\u0111a, trbu\u0161ni mi\u0161i\u0107i i noge, odnosno puno ve\u0107e mi\u0161i\u0107ne skupine koje mogu raditi dulje bez zamora. Stopala bi trebala biti postavljena pribli\u017eno u \u0161irini ramena, paralelno jedno s drugim i u sredi\u0161njem dijelu daske, odnosno oko ru\u010dke za no\u0161enje. Koljena trebaju biti lagano savijena, a ne potpuno ispru\u017eena. Tako tijelo lak\u0161e upija pokrete vode i ostaje stabilnije \u010dak i kada nai\u0111e val ili pro\u0111e drugo plovilo. Polo\u017eaj glave i smjer gledanja tako\u0111er igraju va\u017enu ulogu. Mnogi po\u010detnici stalno gledaju u svoja stopala, \u0161to dodatno naru\u0161ava ravnote\u017eu. Puno je bolje pogled usmjeriti prema horizontu ili u smjeru u kojem \u017eelite veslati. Tijelo \u0107e tada prirodno zauzeti stabilniji polo\u017eaj.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #808080\">Manje uko\u010deno tijelo zna\u010di bolju kontrolu<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Kada se prvi put na\u0111ete na SUP-u, sasvim je prirodno da se uko\u010dite. Me\u0111utim, upravo ta uko\u010denost ote\u017eava odr\u017eavanje ravnote\u017ee. Na kraju zavr\u0161ite vi\u0161e u moru ili jezeru nego na samom SUP-u. Umjesto da poku\u0161avate potpuno &#8220;zamrznuti&#8221; tijelo, dopustite da lagano prati pokrete vode. Daska \u0107e se neprestano blago pomicati, a sitni pokreti gle\u017enjeva, koljena i kukova pomo\u0107i \u0107e vam da ostanete stabilni bez velikog napora. Veslo bi trebalo uroniti \u0161to bli\u017ee prednjem dijelu daske, a zatim ga povla\u010diti uz bok koriste\u0107i rotaciju trupa. Kada veslo do\u0111e do razine stopala, vrijeme je za novi zaveslaj. \u010cesta pogre\u0161ka jest povla\u010denje vesla daleko iza tijela. Takav pokret tro\u0161i vi\u0161e energije, usporava kretanje i naru\u0161ava ravnote\u017eu. Kra\u0107i i pravilni zaveslaji gotovo su uvijek u\u010dinkovitiji od dugih, sna\u017enih pokreta koji brzo umaraju.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #808080\">Ravnote\u017ea se razvija vje\u017ebom<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Dobra ravnote\u017ea nije ne\u0161to s \u010dime se morate roditi. Ona se razvija svakim izlaskom na vodu. Ako tek po\u010dinjete, birajte mirna jezera ili uvale bez valova i jakog vjetra. Tako \u0107ete se mo\u0107i usredoto\u010diti na polo\u017eaj tijela i tehniku bez dodatnih izazova koje donose vremenski uvjeti. Napredak \u010desto dolazi br\u017ee nego \u0161to o\u010dekujete. Kada nau\u010dite pravilno stajati, koristiti cijelo tijelo tijekom veslanja i opustiti pokrete, tro\u0161it \u0107ete manje energije, lak\u0161e odr\u017eavati smjer i dulje u\u017eivati na vodi. Bez obzira veslate li prvi put ili \u017eelite usavr\u0161iti svoju tehniku, ulaganje u ravnote\u017eu uvijek \u0107e donijeti bolje rezultate od oslanjanja isklju\u010divo na snagu.
