Prvu \u010dine oni koji ne mogu zamisliti dan bez neke aktivnosti. \u010cim stignu na odredi\u0161te (a neki i tjednima unaprijed) planiraju izlete, planinarske ture, vo\u017enje biciklom ili duge treninge plivanja. Drugu skupinu \u010dine oni koji godi\u0161nji odmor vide kao priliku za potpuno opu\u0161tanje. Njihov idealan dan uklju\u010duje le\u017ealjku, knjigu i \u0161to manje obaveza. I jedni i drugi imaju svoje argumente. No \u0161to tijelu zapravo vi\u0161e koristi? Potpuni odmor ili aktivan godi\u0161nji odmor? Sasvim razumljivo, odgovor nije crno-bijel. Stru\u010dnjaci se sla\u017eu da su za kvalitetan oporavak va\u017eni i odmor i kretanje. Poslovne obaveze, obiteljske odgovornosti, manjak sna i svakodnevni stres ostavljaju itekakav trag na tijelu i umu. \u010cak i ako redovito vje\u017ebate i brinete o svom zdravlju, godi\u0161nji odmor prilika je za oporavak. Odmor omogu\u0107uje tijelu da smanji razinu stresa. Kvaliteta sna \u010desto se pobolj\u0161ava ve\u0107 nakon nekoliko dana bez poslovnih obaveza. Istovremeno se smanjuje mentalni umor koji se tijekom godine polako nakuplja. Odmor je posebno va\u017ean nakon zahtjevnog razdoblja na poslu ili \u017eivotnih situacija koje su od vas tra\u017eile mnogo energije. U takvim okolnostima sasvim je normalno da prvih nekoliko dana godi\u0161njeg odmora po\u017eelite usporiti i jednostavno ne raditi ni\u0161ta.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-mq6g8h4h-8913c04aa4363b0fd61f6406f23227f6 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h5><span style=\"color: #808080\"><strong>Potpuni odmor ima svoje prednosti<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Mnogi ljudi ipak osje\u0107aju gri\u017enju savjesti ako na godi\u0161njem odmoru provedu nekoliko dana bez nekih ve\u0107ih aktivnosti. No ponekad je upravo to ono \u0161to tijelu treba. Pasivan odmor poma\u017ee u smanjenju stresa i napetosti. Omogu\u0107uje oporavak \u017eiv\u010danog sustava te stvara osje\u0107aj smirenosti koji \u010desto nedostaje tijekom ostatka godine. Vrijeme provedeno uz knjigu, na pla\u017ei ili u hladu terase ne treba promatrati kao izgubljeno vrijeme. To posebno vrijedi za osobe koje su tijekom godine navikle na redovito kretanje. Kada se prestanemo kretati, smanjuje se cirkulacija, tijelo postaje uko\u010denije, a razina energije mo\u017ee pasti. To mo\u017ee biti lagano plivanje, \u0161etnja uz more, vo\u017enja biciklom, jutarnje istezanje, vo\u017enja kajakom ili SUP-om. Jednako dobro mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti i kra\u0107a \u0161etnja prirodom ili lagana planinarska tura. Takve aktivnosti poti\u010du cirkulaciju, odr\u017eavaju pokretljivost i \u010desto pozitivno djeluju na raspolo\u017eenje.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #808080\">Kako prona\u0107i ravnote\u017eu na moru?<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Ljetovanje na moru pru\u017ea brojne mogu\u0107nosti za aktivan odmor bez osje\u0107aja da morate trenirati.<br \/>\nJedan dan mo\u017eete provesti na pla\u017ei i jednostavno u\u017eivati u odmoru. Sljede\u0107i dan mo\u017eete istra\u017eiti obli\u017enju uvalu kajakom ili SUP-om. Jutarnje plivanje odli\u010dan je na\u010din za razbu\u0111ivanje tijela, dok ve\u010dernja \u0161etnja uz obalu mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i da se opustite nakon dana provedenog na suncu. Ako jedan dan odaberete zahtjevniju planinarsku turu, sljede\u0107i dan mo\u017eete posvetiti oporavku. To mo\u017ee biti wellness, lagana \u0161etnja kroz \u0161umu, odmor uz jezero ili kra\u0107i izlet bez ve\u0107ih uspona. Tijelo \u0107e imati dovoljno vremena za regeneraciju, a vi \u0107ete i dalje biti aktivni te provoditi vrijeme na otvorenom.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #808080\">Slu\u0161ajte potrebe vlastitog tijela<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Ne postoji univerzalna formula za idealan godi\u0161nji odmor. Ono \u0161to odgovara jednoj osobi ne mora odgovarati drugoj. Nekima \u0107e trebati nekoliko dana potpunog odmora prije nego \u0161to po\u017eele bilo kakvu aktivnost. Drugi \u0107e se najbolje opustiti upravo kroz kretanje i boravak u prirodi. Najva\u017enije je oslu\u0161kivati vlastito tijelo. Ako osje\u0107ate umor, dopustite si odmor. Ako imate vi\u0161ak energije, iskoristite ga za aktivnosti koje vas vesele.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #808080\">Najbolji odmor \u010desto je kombinacija oba pristupa<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Godi\u0161nji odmor ne mora biti izbor izme\u0111u potpunog mirovanja i neprekidne aktivnosti. U ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva najbolji rezultati dolaze upravo iz ravnote\u017ee. Dan proveden na pla\u017ei mo\u017ee biti jednako vrijedan kao i dan proveden na planinarskoj stazi. Jutarnje plivanje mo\u017ee se savr\u0161eno nadopuniti popodnevnim odmorom u hladu. Zahtjevnija planinarska tura mo\u017ee biti odli\u010dan uvod u dan opu\u0161tanja i regeneracije.
