Vi\u0161e ponavljanja, vi\u0161e serija, vi\u0161e znoja \u2013 vi\u0161e napretka. No istina je prili\u010dno druga\u010dija. Posebno kod ku\u0107nog treninga, sistemati\u010dnost je ta koja razlikuje dugoro\u010dni napredak od izgaranja, ozljeda i stagnacije.<\/p>\n<p>Pametan trening je onaj koji uzima u obzir tijelo, ciljeve i realne sposobnosti pojedinca. Pogledajmo za\u0161to \u201evi\u0161e\u201c \u010desto nije \u201ebolje\u201c \u2013 i kako si kod ku\u0107e mo\u017eete postaviti u\u010dinkovit, uravnote\u017een trening.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #808080\">\u0160to uop\u0107e zna\u010di sistemati\u010dan trening?<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Sistematika zna\u010di da trening nije nasumi\u010dan. Ima:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #808080\">jasan cilj<\/span><\/strong> (snaga, izdr\u017eljivost, mr\u0161avljenje, pokretljivost),<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #808080\">strukturu<\/span><\/strong> (zagrijavanje, glavni dio, hla\u0111enje),<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #808080\">napredovanje<\/span><\/strong> (postupno pove\u0107avanje optere\u0107enja),<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #808080\">vrijeme za regeneraciju<\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Umjesto vi\u0161e, \u010desto je bolje odabrati promi\u0161ljenije. Ako treniramo pre\u010desto ili predugo, mo\u017ee do\u0107i do:<\/p>\n<p>\u274c <strong><span style=\"color: #808080\">Preoptere\u0107enja tijela<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mi\u0161i\u0107i ne rastu tijekom treninga, ve\u0107 tijekom odmora. Ako tijelu ne damo dovoljno vremena za regeneraciju, pove\u0107ava se rizik od:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>kroni\u010dnog umora,<\/li>\n<li>pada motivacije,<\/li>\n<li>bolova u zglobovima i mi\u0161i\u0107ima,<\/li>\n<li>ozljeda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u274c <strong><span style=\"color: #808080\">Lo\u0161ije kvalitete treninga<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kada treniramo pre\u010desto ili predugo, pati tehnika izvo\u0111enja vje\u017ebi. Lo\u0161a izvedba zna\u010di manji u\u010dinak i ve\u0107i rizik od ozljeda \u2013 posebno kod vje\u017ebi s vlastitom te\u017einom ili utezima.<\/p>\n<p>\u274c <strong><span style=\"color: #808080\">Hormonskog stresa<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pretjerani trening podi\u017ee razinu hormona stresa (kortizol), \u0161to mo\u017ee negativno utjecati na regeneraciju, san pa \u010dak i na mr\u0161avljenje.<\/p>\n<p>Kod ku\u0107nog treninga \u010desto se doga\u0111a da vje\u017ebamo \u201epo osje\u0107aju\u201c: danas previ\u0161e, sutra ni\u0161ta, prekosutra opet previ\u0161e. Va\u017eno je:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>da je prilago\u0111en va\u0161oj tjelesnoj spremnosti (i u intenzitetu i u u\u010destalosti),<\/li>\n<li>da se izvodi redovito, a ne ekstremno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Primjer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3\u20134 treninga tjedno<\/li>\n<li>izmjena treninga za snagu, kardio i pokretljivost<\/li>\n<li>barem 1\u20132 dana aktivnog odmora (istezanje,
