Posebno kad je rije\u010d o tjelesnoj aktivnosti. Potaknuti smo da tr\u010dimo br\u017ee, di\u017eemo vi\u0161e i radimo napornije. Treninzi se \u010desto prikazuju kao borbe: znojni, intenzivni i nemilosrdni. No kako sve vi\u0161e ljudi osje\u0107a izgaranje i umjesto radosti u pokretu osje\u0107a odbojnost, pojavljuje se ti\u0161a, pa\u017eljivija filozofija. Zove se spora aktivnost i temelji se na povezanosti.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #808080\">\u0160to je zapravo slow sport?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Ukorijenjena u vrijednostima \u0161ireg &#8220;sporog pokreta&#8221;, spora aktivnost poziva nas da promijenimo na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja o tjelesnoj aktivnosti. Umjesto da vje\u017ebu do\u017eivljavamo kao ne\u0161to \u0161to treba osvojiti, slow sport tretira kretanje kao na\u010din da nahranimo tijelo, umirimo um i dugoro\u010dno o\u010duvamo zdravlje.
