No, postoje i oni fitness trendovi koji zvu\u010de dobro i u teoriji i u praksi.<\/p>\n<p>Jedan od njih je rucking, sportska aktivnost koja je u svijetu dobila zamah za vrijeme pandemije koronavirusa, a o njoj se sve vi\u0161e pri\u010da i kod nas. Za po\u010detak \u0107emo odmah odgovoriti na ono najva\u017enije pitanje. Rucking ima duboke korijene u vojnoj povijesti. Pripadnici vojski diljem svijeta stolje\u0107ima su koristili ovu tehniku kako bi pove\u0107ali izdr\u017eljivost, snagu i mentalnu otpornost. No, transformacija ruckinga iz vojne aktivnosti u popularan fitness trend dogodila se po\u010detkom 2000-tih, prvenstveno zahvaljuju\u0107i biv\u0161em pripadniku ameri\u010dkih specijalnih snaga Jasonu McCarthyju.<\/p>\n<p>McCarthy je osnovao tvrtku GoRuck, specijaliziranu za proizvodnju ruksaka i utega namijenjenih ruckingu. Njegova misija bila je prenijeti vojnu filozofiju izdr\u017eljivosti i zajedni\u0161tva u svakodnevni \u017eivot. Popularnost ove aktivnosti do\u017eivjela je ogroman porast za vrijeme pandemije koronavirusa. Va\u017eno je da te\u017einu ravnomjerno rasporedite u ruksaku te pazite da njegov sadr\u017eaj nigdje ne \u017eulja, posebice na le\u0111ima.<\/p>\n<p>Zapo\u010dnite prve treninge s 5 do 10% va\u0161e tjelesne te\u017eine. Prvi treninzi neka budu na ravnom terenu i to jednom do dva puta tjedno u trajanju od 20 do 30 minuta. Nakon par hodanja, pove\u0107ajte trajanje na 40 do 60 minuta.
