Ovaj oblik vje\u017ebanja uklju\u010duje trening snage i izdr\u017eljivosti koriste\u0107i samo te\u017einu vlastitog tijela, bez potrebe za sofisticiranom opremom ili teretanom. Kalistenika se mo\u017ee prakticirati bilo gdje \u2013 na otvorenom, kod ku\u0107e ili u teretani \u2013 \u0161to je \u010dini pristupa\u010dnom svima.
